Sergio Ramos is having to ride out a storm at the moment following his challenge on Mohamed Salah in Saturday's Champions League final.
It was the Spaniard's tackle in the 30th minute that saw Salah land awkwardly and injure his shoulder, meaning he had to be replaced for Liverpool.
It was suspected the Egyptian had dislocated his shoulder, though it's since been reported that he should be back in time for the World Cup.
Liverpool were always going to struggle from that moment and, sure enough, Real Madrid ran out 3-1 winners courtesy of Karim Benzema's bizarre goal and Gareth Bale's brace.
Ramos has since been widely slammed for ending Salah's game - even a petition was created asking UEFA and FIFA to punish the 32-year-old.
Almost 400,000 people have signed the petition - you can check it out here - and it reads:
"Sergio Ramos intentionally kept Mohamed Salah's arm under his armpit, causing dislocation of his shoulder. Not only missing the rest of the game, but also missing the FIFA World Cup 2018.
FANS WANT RAMOS PUNISHED.
"In addition, he kept acting that Liverpool players fouled him falsely, causing the referee to give Mane a yellow card he did not deserve"
"Sergio Ramos represents an awful example to future generations of football players. Instead of winning matches fairly, he uses tricks that defy the spirit of the game and fair play.
"UEFA and FIFA should take measures against Ramos and similar players, using the video recordings of matches to keep the spirit of the game."
A lot of people think Ramos intentionally tried to hurt Salah by the way he grabbed his arm and hauled him to the ground.
Only the Spain international knows whether he really meant it or not, but there's reason to believe he knew exactly what he was doing.
A video has emerged on social media of Ramos performing the exact same challenge on Juventus' Dani Alves during the 2017 Champions League final.
It's basically a carbon copy of the Salah incident and suggests Ramos intentionally tried to hurt both of them with the same naughty move.
2017: RAMOS ON ALVES.
2018: RAMOS ON SALAH.
Andrew Robertson said on Sunday that the idea of Ramos injuring Salah on purpose is "clutching at straws", but perhaps it's not so farfetched after all.
