Club Tornado Lagos which is one of the top 3 clubs in Lagos now has a brand new commercial Snooker Pool.
The snooker pool is the first to be fitted inside any of the top 3 clubs in Lagos.
The snooker pool in Club Tornado is also an academy where snooker pool lovers who has no experience are trained.
A major snooker pool competition and tournament were recently held too in Club Tornado Lagos.
"We cater to players of all skill levels, from enthusiasts learning the game, to skilled tournament players" Mr Mellamby Ileogben who is the owner of Club Tornado Lagos as well as Memento Magnum International Lounge Lagos said with passion as he potted his game to speak to Theophilus Afe, one of the crew of Genesis Nollywood TV.
"The snooker pool facility inside Club Tornado have table fitted with Strachan 6811 Tournament cloth and Aramith Tournament Champion snooker balls" Mellamby as he is simply called went on then to pot some few balls.
Mellamby watched his contender who missed a simple pocket and he potted the winning balls happy by saying "Thanks to a state of the art automation system, all members receive 2 to 4 hour access to the facility. It's just like having your own private practice room"
"I started playing snooker few weeks ago here in Club Tornado Lagos and I have a better experience to even win a champion today for the first time" A young man called Michael said with enthusiasm.
"Memberships registration is moderate per month but we pay N500 per game if you are not register." Chidi another player spoke up immediately.
"The rates are comparable to those of pool halls in Lagos" Child added
"Like I said earlier all members receive 2 to 4 hour access to the facility. We have our snooker pool rules which is very important for members and those that we trained. We also have house cues available if you don't have your own" Mellamby concluded.
